Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the Nest Culture website or enrolling in any program. By accessing our website or purchasing a program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Nest Culture
Nest Culture is operated by Bianca Dubois, a Registered Behaviour Therapist (RBT) based in Australia. We provide online educational programs and consultations for parents and caregivers of autistic children aged 7–14. For enquiries, contact bianca@nestculture.com.
2. Educational purpose — not clinical advice
Important: Nest Culture programs are educational in nature. They are not a substitute for clinical assessment, diagnosis, or individualised therapeutic intervention by a qualified professional. The information and strategies provided are based on evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) frameworks but should be considered general educational content.
If your child has complex needs, is in crisis, or requires clinical support, please consult a qualified health professional. In an emergency, contact emergency services (000) or your local mental health crisis line.
3. Program enrolment and access
Upon purchase of a program:
- You will receive access to course materials via our course portal at secure.nestculture.com.
- Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- You must not share your login credentials or distribute course materials to third parties.
- Program access duration will be specified at the time of purchase.
4. Payments
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details.
5. Refund policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for the Foundation Member program. If you are unsatisfied within 14 days of purchase and have completed fewer than 30% of the course modules, contact us at bianca@nestculture.com and we will issue a full refund.
Refunds are not available after 14 days or where substantial course content has been accessed. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our programs come with consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Intellectual property
All website content, course materials, videos, worksheets, and resources are the intellectual property of Nest Culture or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nest Culture's liability for any loss or damage arising from use of our website or programs is limited to the amount paid for the relevant program. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
