Nest Culture (ABN pending) is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information.

- Booking information — appointment preferences collected via Calendly, a third-party scheduling tool.
- Payment information — processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store card details.
- Usage data — browsing behaviour, page interactions, and device information collected via Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Facebook Pixel (see Section 5).
We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our functions and activities (APP 3).
3. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you:
- Submit an enquiry form or book a free consultation
- Purchase a course or program
- Subscribe to email communications
- Contact us by email or phone
We also collect information automatically via cookies and tracking technologies when you visit our website.
4. Why we collect and use your information
We use your personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide consultations
- Deliver and administer our programs and course materials
- Process payments
- Send program updates, resources, and relevant communications
- Improve our website and services
- Meet legal obligations
We will not use your information for a secondary purpose unless you would reasonably expect it, you have consented, or an exception under the APPs applies (APP 6).
5. Cookies and third-party tracking
Our website uses the following third-party tools that may set cookies or collect usage data:
- Google Ads (AW-1008099188) — measures ad performance and enables remarketing. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel (9340205299356164) — tracks conversions and enables ad targeting on Facebook and Instagram. Governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Calendly — manages appointment bookings. Governed by Calendly's Privacy Policy.
You can manage or opt out of cookies via your browser settings or Google's Ad Settings and Meta's Ad Preferences.
6. Disclosure of personal information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it with:
- Service providers (e.g., payment processors, email platforms, scheduling tools) who assist us in operating our business — bound by confidentiality obligations
- Analytics and advertising platforms as described in Section 5
- Law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required by law
We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your information consistently with the APPs (APP 8).

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access (APP 11). Our website uses HTTPS encryption. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Access and correction
You have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you and to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate (APP 12 & 13). To make a request, contact us at bianca@nestculture.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Complaints
If you believe we have handled your personal information in breach of the APPs, please contact us first at bianca@nestculture.com. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at nestculture.com/privacy. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
